Anytime is a good time to take on new habits and practices. But the New Year can be a special start point for us. I enjoy reviewing and renewing my goals and routines during this part of the year. Due to circumstances, I will be considering January 12 my start point. I have already worked a number of new practices into my day. These include exercising, dietary changes, writing both music and text, completely cleaning out my house from top to bottom, and fingering out how to become more portable with my job. And this is just the start! Time will tell what I am able to do… but my plan is to have this all figured out and mastered within two years from right now. 🙂
